Everyone shopping for a new place to call home is rightfully and wisely focusing on “THE HOUSE” – Where is it?  What’s in it? Quality Construction? Price? Builder’s reputation? How costly are the optional features?

We at Finer Homes have always believed one of the most meaningful and important things you can put in a new home cannot be found on a “Standard Feature List.”

Intention.  What is the builder’s intention?  What drives their decisions and actions?

We have one intention.  To make this one of the most wonderful experiences of your life.  We get it.  It’s not just about the house. 
In the end, it is about you:  the family making the house their home.  Everyone at Finer Homes has this prayer to remind us why we do things the way

The Finer Homes Prayer

Dear Lord,

As I do my part in the building of this home,
let me do it with great love and caring and intention.  For in this home that I help build,
a family will build a life.

This is the place they will celebrate triumphs and holidays and milestones.  This is the place they will learn and grow and play and gather around the cradle and the Christmas Tree. 

This is where everything important in their lives is discussed and decided.  This is where life begins
and ends each day.

And when the world is spinning and seems to be crumbling around them, these are the walls that hold them together.  This is the place they run to
in order to feel safe and loved.

Lord, please bless my work on every house I build and bless the families who come home to them.
