All Finer Homes models are designed, built and decorated to assist you, our customer, in three primary ways:
• Think of these models as SHOW ROOMS.
Because our customers express a strong desire to “see what it looks like,” we iincluded as many of our customized and affordable options as possible to assist you in visualizing the dream that works for you.
That said, we stand fully behind the beauty and quality of our base homes with their included features and build homes regularly with few or no optional features at all.
• These models are here to provide a real-life example of our attention to design and detail, our deliberate choices of quality/name brand products and materials, and our commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• They also are designed to excite you with decorating and “Living Life!” ideas. For most of us, decorating our home is the largest creative project we will ever undertake.
