Directions to Finer Homes Neighborhoods

Although we try to provide signage to help you find your way to us, there are strict government limitations on signs which make that a challenge.  Please print these directions and we hope to see you soon!

CHESTERFIELD

Bendahl Valley Location/hours
Option one:  Take Chippenham Parkway to Route 10 (Iron Bridge Road East) exit. Go 2.5 miles and make a left onto Kingsland Road. Go approx. 2 miles and turn left onto Salem Church Road. Go 1 block and Bendahl Valley is on the right.

Option two:  Take 288 south to the second route 10 exit.  Go approx. 1 mile and turn right on Kingsland Road.  Go approx. 2 miles and turn left onto Salem Church Road.  Go 1 block and Bendahl Valley is on the right.

Briarcliff
Option one:  Route 60 Midlothian Turnpike (Route 60). Left onto Arch Road. Right onto Reams Road. Go 1 mile and turn left onto Marble Ridge Road. Make a left onto Stroud Lane. Make a right onto Marble Thorpe. Make a left onto Pullbrooke.

Option Two:  Courthouse Road to Reams Road. Go approx. ¾ of a mile and turn right on Marble Ridge Road. Make a left onto Stroud Lane. Make a right onto Marble Thorpe. Make a left onto Pullbrooke.

Branch's Bluff FURNISHED MODEL! Location/hours
288 to West Rt. 10 exit (Iron Bridge Road), go one mile and turn right on Kingsland Road (at fork stay to right), go 2 ½ miles to stop sign and go straight to continue on Kingsland Road, Go to next stop sign and turn Right on Hopkins Road, Branches Bluff Neighborhood is ¼ mile on left.

Clay Pointe
360 (Hull St) to North Bailey Bridge Road. Go approx. 1 mile. Clay Pointe is on the left.

Elm CrestFURNISHED MODEL! Location/hours

Take Courthouse Road to Elm Crest Subdivision. Approximately two miles from Midlothian Turnpike (route 60) across  Courthouse Road from Fire Station near Reams Road.

WEST END

Brilland
Option one:  Take 95 North to Parham Road West exit. Go ¼ mile and turn Right onto Rt. 1 (Washington Highway). Go ½ mile and turn Left onto Mountain Road. Go .7 miles to fork in road, veer left to stay on Mountain Road, Brilland is .4 miles on right.

Option two:  295 to Woodman Road south. Turn left at light onto Mountain Road. Go one mile and Brilland is on the left.

VARINA (East Henrico)

Eagles Nest
Option one:  64 to Laburnum. Turn Right on Laburnum. Go to Darbytown Road and turn right.  Neighborhood is 1.5 miles on left (Majestic Way).  Go to end of road and turn left onto Midview Road.  Model on the right.

Option two:  895 to Laburnum. Go 1 ½ miles and turn left onto Darbytown Road. Neighborhood is ½ mile on left (Majestic Way).  Go to end of road and turn left onto Midview Road.  Model on the right.
