Finer Homes is a family owned and operated building company.  Founded by Clay and Sue Holt in 1981, all four children have worked in the family business. 

We have a simple mission: To build dream homes.  High quality, affordable, dream homes.  To deliver everyday, year in and year out, the absolute best home at the absolute lowest price possible.

And very importantly, to do business in a way that creates a joyful and exciting life experience for every family we serve.
